Peggie lights up a room with fun and interactive music making every show an event. Playing her acoustic guitar, she sings a wide variety of songs including folk, pop/rock, Broadway, country, classical and standards from the 40’s to today and features a new program for every encore performance.                               

 

Peggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in vocal performance and has sung with Portland Opera, the Oregon Symphony, Café Artichoke and numerous senior living communities.

 

After many years of singing classical music, she returned to her folk-singing roots for the sheer pleasure of singing old and new tunes and bringing joy to others with her exceptional voice. Peggie makes sure everyone gets involved with high-energy sing-a-longs and music that both takes you back and moves you forward.

 

From hand-clapping folk (Take Me Home, Country Roads), rousing country (Ghost Riders in the Sky), soaring operatic melodies (Summertime), Broadway tunes (They Call the Wind Maria), pop favorites (Sweet Caroline), timeless sing-a-longs (You Are My Sunshine) to classic standards (It Had To Be You), and with a few tunes in Spanish and Italian just for fun, her  show will leave you wanting more.
